All our parcels are sent to you through Australia Post

Each parcel has a unique tracking number to avoid parcels going missing in the mail.

Freight charges are a maximum charge of $15.00 Australia Wide

Small/light orders will not be charged full postage amount
For example:
Small stickers in envelope: $3.00 P&H
Small parcel up to 500g: $6.00
Flat pack (posters/bulletin board set): $12/$15
Heavy/bulky parcel with books/games: $12/$15
Availability & Delivery Time Frames
At Creative Classroom Supplies, we endeavour to have all items featured on our website in stock, however this may not always be possible. In this case you will be contacted via email (with the option to have a substitute item sent) any unavailable item/s will be backordered and sent out to you ASAP.
Once received, orders will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours (unless items are out of stock are being held). Delivery times vary depending on location.
School Orders
Schools who wish to order through our secure shopping cart, need to load the cart with their desired products and proceed to the checkout. After viewing your shopping cart, press the CHECKOUT button to proceed to the payment page. Fill the required fields and select SCHOOL ORDER as your payment option.
Schools can order and pay when they receive an invoice with their goods (30 day account offered).
Alternatively you may fax, email or phone through an order.
School Displays
If you would like further information about having a display of resources set up at your school, centre or function please email us. At present we are travelling to Toowoomba, Darling Downs and Warwick areas (within approx 1.5 hrs of Toowoomba).
Issues with delivery or goods damaged in transit
We take extra precautions to ensure that your orders are carefully packed and leave us in good condition. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee that your order will arrive in the same good condition.
When you receive your order, please examine the merchandise immediately for any damage. If your order has been damaged or destroyed due to improper handling while in transit, you should fill out a damage report with either the Post Office or the delivery agent. We can not be responsible for goods damaged in transit once they leave our warehouse, however please contact us and we'll help out as much as possible.
It is very important that you also save the box and all packaging material that the damaged item(s) were shipped in for inspection. Failure to do this could result in courier denying the claim. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order about any damaged item(s) in your shipment.
Returns Policy
In certain cases you can exchange or return your purchase. THIS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, Creative Classroom Supplies shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders, placed for products listed at the incorrect price or if the product is no longer available. Creative Classroom Supplies shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Creative Classroom Supplies will issue a credit to your credit card account for the total amount of the charge.
